Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital through investments in a portfolio comprised primarily of securities of large-capitalization issuers located outside North America.The Fund invests primarily in a broad range of equity or equity-type securities including depositary receipts. The Fund may invest in issuers in developed and developing countries; a significant portion of its assets may be invested in issuers in developing countries. The assets of the Fund will be invested with geographic flexibility, which may include a portion of the assets being invested in Canadian and U.S. issuers, giving due consideration to the economic, social and political developments, currency risks and liquidity of various national markets.
