Investment Strategy

The investment seeks to maximize total return. The fund seeks to invest at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in the equity securities of issuers located in countries with emerging markets and derivatives that have similar economic characteristics. Equity securities include common stock, preferred stock and convertible securities. The fund will seek to invest in companies with sustainable business models which have a strong consideration for ESG risks and opportunities.
