The Fund invests in unlisted infrastructure assets (either held directly by the Fund or accessed through the Fund's investment in infrastructure funds which invest in infrastructure assets) and in listed infrastructure securities (through investment in the AMP Capital Global Listed Infrastructure Securities Fund). In the future, the Fund may invest in other assets and securities.

Initially joining AMP Capital (now Dexus) as a lawyer, John has worked in a range of legal and commercial roles with AMP Capital and its affiliates in Sydney, London and Chicago. John joined AMP Capital Infrastructure in 2008, and since then has worked closely with the Global Infrastructure Equity team across all aspects of the infrastructure investment capability, funds and strategies. John has been responsible for the management of DCIF since 2015.

Biography Michael is Co-Head Infrastructure, Dexus, with responsibility for overseeing the management of a $11bn infrastructure equity portfolio across all states and territories of Australia and New Zealand. He is a Director of Australian Pacific Airports Corporation (Melbourne and Launceston Airports), Powerco NZ, and Dexus Capital Investment Services . Before joining Dexus, Michael held a number of senior Infrastructure roles including with AMP Capital, Brookfield Asset Management, Vector NZ and British Gas. Michael has over 33 years of international infrastructure experience in senior operating roles, investment management and company directorships. Michael is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Chartered Member of Engineering NZ. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree from the University of Edinburgh and is a Graduate of the Strategic Leadership Programme at Millbrook, NZ.
