Stop freaking out about short-term gains and losses. REITS are good for the long-term. Market is going to go up and down like it always does.

its a risky 2x leveraged product... tdameritrade also throws out warnings for things like this...its a way to absolve themselves of any accountability. they even have stricter margin rules for some of these kinds of products.

the only problem is when all the reits start reporting earnings, it'll drag reml down, but after forbearance priced in, reits lower earnings priced in. We should see upside from there
