Brazilian government is trying to create a soft path back to economic growth by cutting Selic and easing the spike of dollar, but the banks are not willing to release and lend money to small business. i fell like we are walking in circles and going nowhere.

The Brazilian economy will be hit big for the following quarters, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The cheaper credit as Selic been cut over the past months is a relief but not enough to rebound the growth in the short term.

Selic Interest Cuts at last week's COPOM summit shoots dolar up, while the measure has the objective of foment economic growth through investments and cheaper credit for companies within the Brazilian market.
