Ukrainian forces struck a Russian oil refinery in Rovenky, Luhansk, allegedly using a U.S.-provided MGM-140 ATACMS missile. This follows a recent drone strike on the Yurovka depot in Krasnodar Krai, Russia. The latest strike caused significant damage, setting large sections of the facility ablaze and damaging multiple storage tanks.

According to the COT report, there is nothing good for longs. Big speculators gained shorts in the range of 78-79. This means they will close their shorts much lower than 76

You sure Natalia? You know what's all about in COT's and how to read positions? I'll give You example but I don't think that You are depend on EW in this situation. Let's just say that in August 2023 Oil did wave 4 before wave 5 to the up. Look at huge gain of shorts at the wave 4.. and later look what happened when that wave finished and what You could see then in COT. To figure it out You need see that wave and look to at least 4 COT from that time. Once You'll get it get back to me ;)
