Wall Street Futures are trading almost flat on Monday morning after hitting the 14,000 level last week. The second half of the earning season starts today and traders will see if Dow Jones can have another shot at the 14,000 level this week again. However, on a release of a disappointing Spanish employment number, European markets are weighing on the U.S futures. The economic calendar for the U.S is not as heavy as last week as there are only few reports due this week.
Most Asian market traded higher on Monday on heels of positive note from the U.S where the Dow Jones Index closed above 14,000 on Friday.

S&P futures vs its fair value are trading lower with -5.47 loss and Nasdaq futures vs fair value are also trading down with -5.71 loss .

Stocks to watch
Dell computers (DELL) who is looking to go private and a deal can be announced this week or even today could see volatile price action. The person familiar with the matter said stockholder could be offered a price of around $13 -$14 a share as MarketWatch reported. The stock is up 2% in premarket.
