SEB Finland Optimum Fund is a mixed fund that invests its assets in stocks on the domestic markets and in bonds in the euro region. The aim of the fund is to achieve the return of its benchmark (50 % OMX Helsinki CAP-index, 50 % JPMorgan EMU Bond). The fund invests mainly in equities if the outlook on the equity markets is good. If the outlook on the bond markets is better, the weight is shifted towards bonds. Both the long term expected return and the level of risk is lower than in a traditional equity fund.
