The Fund’s assets are invested in Sukuk issued by sovereign, quasi sovereign and corporate issuers. Sukuk are sourced globally and the QInvest Sukuk Fund aims to provide investors with returns in excess of 3Month Libor + 200 bps. The emphasis is on income with the additional prospect of additional capital. The strategy offers exposure to a greater level of higher yielding credit than the EFH GSPF fund.

Biography | Aleksandar is the Fund Manager. He joined EFH from Lehman Brothers in London where he held the post of Director in the highly respected European Securitised Products Research Team. Aleksandar is a senior member of the Asset Management Team. He is the lead portfolio manager of the Global Sukuk Fund and drives the credit research effort. In addition, he has responsibility for EFH’s ongoing structured note issuance programme. Aleksandar holds a PhD from Cambridge University in Management Studies (Corporate Finance), a degree in Economics and the Islamic Finance Qualification. |
