Biography	Lawrence A. Post (CEO and CIO) founded Post Advisory Group, Inc., the predecessor firm, in 1992. He founded the high yield bond department at Smith Barney, and subsequently served as Director of High Yield Research at Salomon Brothers and Co-Director of Research and Senior Trader at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Larry received a bachelor's degree from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Biography	Scott Klein is Managing Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager for Beach Point Capital Management. Mr. Klein has 19 years of experience in managing high yield bonds, bank loans and distressed debt portfolios and restructuring companies in financial distress. Before founding Beach Point Capital, Mr. Klein was Senior Managing Director at Post Advisory Group, where he spent over 12 years helping grow the company from under $200 million in assets to over $10 billion. Mr. Klein was responsible for co-running the alternative business of Post Advisory and co-managing the Total Return, Distressed Debt, and Corporate Loan strategies. In the early 1990s, Mr. Klein spent four years as a bankruptcy attorney at the law firm of Murphy, Weir and Butler advising bondholders and creditors' committees in corporate restructurings and Chapter 11 cases. He subsequently served as a vice president analyzing distressed investments at Dabney Resnick Imperial. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of Cedars Sinai Medical Center. Mr. Klein received a bachelor's degree in economcs from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he served on the Law Review.

Biography	Allan Schweitzer (Managing Director - Investment Management; Portfolio Manager) joined Post Advisory Group in 2000 from Trust Company of the West where he was a senior high yield analyst specializing in healthcare, media, and lodging research. Prior to TCW, he was a high yield research analyst at Putnam Investments. Allan received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Washington University at St. Louis and his MBA from the University of Chicago with a concentration in analytical finance and international economics. He currently serves as a member of the Bet Tzedek Board of Directors.
