Investment Strategy

The investment objective of PostFinance Fonds 3 is principally to achieve optimumreturns while keeping risk at a moderate level. This investment fund invests primarily in units of other collective investments that invest their assets predominantly in bonds and equities as well as other assetclasses permitted under the fund contract. The equity component generally com-prises between 20% and 40% of fund assets on a consolidated basis. Themajority of the fund’s assets are invested in Swiss francs (CHF) or are hedgedagainst Swiss francs (CHF). The fund must invest in at least five different, broadlydiversified target funds; up to 50% of the fund assets can be invested in units ofthe same target fund. This fund can engage in securities lending.
