Investment Strategy

The Fund’s investment objective is to seek long-term capital appreciation, measured in US Dollars, through investment primarily in a concentrated portfolio of equity securities, including American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) and China A-Shares via Stock Connect, in emerging and frontier countries. In targeting its investment objective, the Investment Adviser will invest in companies with strong performance and best-in-class practices relative to their peers on one or more ESG metrics.

Biography	Mr. Sinha has been associated with Morgan Stanley Investment Management Company since 2011. Prior to re-joining MSIM Company in 2011, Mr. Sinha most recently founded and served as the managing partner of Amoeba Capital Partners, Pte, a money management firm focused on Asia long-short equity investing from 2006 to 2011. Previously, he was the lead portfolio manager for Asia ex-Japan Equities, as part of the Global Emerging Markets Equity team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, from 1998 to 2006.
