Investment Strategy

To provide, over the long term, a high level of total return consistent with capital preservation and prudent risk management. The Fund invests primarily in USD-denominated corporate Investment Grade Bonds. These Bonds will be Investment Grade at the time of purchase.

Biography	David S. Lee is a fixed income portfolio manager at Capital Group. David has 19 years of investment experience and has been with Capital Group for 17 years. Earlier in his career, as a fixed income investment analyst at Capital, he covered brokerage, media, paper and leisure companies. Before joining Capital, he was at Pacific Investment Management Company. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and both a masters degree and bachelors degree in engineering from Stanford University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
