Investment Strategy

The Tapiola Wellbeing mutual fund invests globally in companies benefiting from the development of the wellbeing of people and the environment. These include companies from the healthcare, environmental care and environmental technology sectors as well as companies offering leisure products and services. The wellbeing sector offers the investor both growth and stability. The mutual fund selects approximately 30–35 companies with innovative product development, a strong market position and positive growth potential. These companies meet the required criteria set by the portfolio managers for balance sheet structure and valuation. Tapiola Wellbeing is suitable for investors who wish to benefit from the return potential related to the development of the wellbeing sector and accept the risks involved in equity investments. Because the value of the fund can vary greatly in the short term, an investment period of a minimum of five years is recommended.
