Investment Strategy
The investment objective of the Global Value Fund is to seek long-term capital appreciation. The Global Value Fund invests generally in equity securities of companies that have market capitalisations greater than $5 billion at the time of purchase. At least two-thirds of the investments of the Global Value Fund (in terms of total assets) will be in equity securities. The Global Value Fund is not subject to any specific geographic diversification requirements and shall invest on a worldwide basis. Equity securities include common and preferred stock, warrants, rights and depository receipts.
