Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to overseas traded bonds will not be less than 75%. 2. Exposure to assets which are not overseas traded bonds, excluding foreign currency, cash, term deposits and other assets which are eligible for holding in a money-market fund without corporate, will not exceed 25% and will not be less than (-25%). 3. Exposure to overseas traded bonds, USD denominated a/o traded in USD, will not be less than 70%. 4. There will be no exposure to equities. 5. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed 120% and will not be less than 75%. 6. There will be no limit on the exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 7. There will be no exposure to credit risk of banking corporates and brokers which are not included in the first credit risk group. 8. The fund is a non-limited fund in foreign securities. 9. The fund manager is entitled to invest the fund's means at his absolute discretion, and he is entitled to determine the amount of cash included in the fund's assets from time to time.
