Biography	Tom Runkel is a vice president and portfolio manager for Franklin Templeton Investments. Biography	David Yuen joined Franklin Templeton Investments in 2000.He was appointed Chief Investment Officer of Global Long/Short Absolute Return Strategy in 2010.
