It's actually Russia wins because fall in Ruble will attract investors to set-up industries of various sections. Russia's defense product sales will easily mitigate losses from oil & gas sales in coming years

The Ruble is strongly correlated with oil prices. Also the stock markets. The RTS index is down almost 40% in 2014. And this in a year of records in stock markets worldwide.
