Short for the day, long in Long term. Asian stock markets were lower on Wednesday, as a downbeat overnight session on Wall Street dampened sentiment. These tendency will continue in Europe too.. Barclays Capital analyst Lynnden Branigan reckoned that on the Euro STOXX 50, the 50-day moving average, at 3,218, would provide a good buying opportunity.. "(We are just having) a little bit of a breather. Overall the trend is still higher," he said, seeing scope for the Euro STOXX 50 to move to the recent high, at 3,325, in the near term.. Investors reckoned on a pick-up in mergers and acquisition (M&A) activity ultimately winning through, keeping the region's stock buoyant. I share his opinion. Short for the day, long in Long term.

Plan 24.06.14 EU Stoxx 50. Key economic indicators scheduled for release today include German Ifo Business Climate, Current Assessment and Expectations Indices, Swiss Trade Balance, Italian Trade Balance Non-EU and Wage Inflation and Portugal Current Account Balance, And in the USA Consumer Confidence Index, New Home Sales, Richmond Federal Reserve Manufacturing Index, S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index and Housing Price Index. . I think the sell-off yesterday was just profit-taking. I think that over the summer months, we'll hover around here and there'll be some profit-taking, but we'll have a strong end to the year," said Darren Courtney-Cook, head of trading at Central Markets Investment Managemen. In my opinion too.. Today I am waiting to a German IFO before a take position, if is negative we can see a second test of yesterday low 3270 a break below is more negative and next target is 3248 EMA 200 on 4 hour base, a break aboe 3296 is more positively and next target is 3305.. Support: 3287, 3270. Resistance: 3305, 3322. .
