  • Enrich the conversation
  • Stay focused and on track. Only post material that’s relevant to the topic being discussed.
  • Be respectful. Even negative opinions can be framed positively and diplomatically.
  •  Use standard writing style. Include punctuation and upper and lower cases.

u. s. markets have been trading sideways for the last week or so...hopefully you all were long before the Olympics and before they hit record highs. the temporary downward trend is pure profit taking....and should not last very long.

if futures drop down to 18,300, that is where it may stabilize and back and buy on the dip for another long position. if not, then maybe a short position below 18,300.

what are your opinions about Dow ?

I always wait for it to spike up and short it, 90% of the times i have shorted dow. You see those few big green candles taking it to the sky but after a while you see all these little red ones taking it down again...If it goes up it costs to stay there because the trend is down so when its up it will come down...and fast. if its down there is nothing to guarantee you how long it will stay down and when it will go up and how up it will go also there is nothing telling you when it will stop falling... so just buy big quantity when it does the next ''record'' high and take some (not easy because you must have patience) but guaranteed money.
