Every one was bearish. One of them was so angry he wanted all the people to unite and sell all their shares in order to bring the stock market down (so that he can make profit from his short position). Markets do not work like that. Stock market is the only place where every one thinks he knows everything without going through some form of education. Do you know you can keep all your money in Bank FD and yet can trade in stock market and make money? This is just one example. Professionals make a difference. Today I saw somedody saying Nifty will not close above 8639. I have not seen any technical person making decent money in my 30 years of experience. I make money, honestly telling that I do not know whether markets will go up or down. That is the beauty, people who do not know make millions and people who know everything make nothing and lose evrything. I have developed a system where people can make money if they do not know whether markets will go up or down.

For your kind information, I make much more money than Mutual Funds, in fact I am one of the very few people in India who own Jaguar, BMW and Benz out of stock market income.

Sundarji, those who were short made lot of money because market went down on tuesday and wednesday and we got ample opportunity to book profits in our shorts.

Every day markets go up and down, it is not only short sellers who made money, people who went long also made money. So the matter is when you go long or when you go short.
