I think now eur/usd will reach 1,2970. Draghi might help the rising. After that 1,279 expected.

Found on google: "A can’t confirm this but a friend of a friend tells me a Bloomberg reporter is saying Draghi’s speech is at 10:30 p.m., London time, according to media officer at City of London Corp. That’s 2130 GMT or 5:30 pm ET. I’m not underestimating Draghi, no matter what time he’s speaking. I didn’t expect he would say anything when he delivered a commencement speech in Italian earlier in the month and he proved me wrong."

yup it was a little confrence which happened a bit earlier the real speech has been shifted to 2130
