I fully agree with Yogi..... All major world index charts are suggesting a major rally is to be expected in the coming weeks. Look for a change in trend with a rally also for the Nikkei. China was left behind because of the holidays and needs to hit a major low before the rally. There is a lower target at mid 1940 ES I expect to print before we break above 1870 resistance when the US markets reopens.

Agreed, i'm showing a big rally coming in the next few weeks - above 2000 again.

The main catalyst would be reversal on USDJPY, the Japanese government is surely not happy with the levels of USDJPY and they would pull again for JPY devaluation.

Abhi, it could be..... but the charts (also Nikkey) has completed the TD buy setup. This means the panic selling is over.... Change in trend with possibly a big rally is to be expected next week...

@ Jack Franklin..... "Bull markets are born on pessimism, grown on skepticism, mature on optimism, and die on euphoria. The time of maximum pessimism is the best time to buy, and the time of maximum optimism is the best time to sell." --Sir John Templeton

Cos, what do you care whether the market goes up or down? You scalp either way, and barely hold a position longer than a bowel movement. Why all the bullish preaching?
