This is housing bubble all over yet again, this time around houses replaced by equity/shares, when the stampede starts NEXT WEEK there will be no bail out.. . Same old formulae but replaced with shares instead of the houses, the risk calculation is still wrong because the public can bank profit on shares way faster than the housing market!!!!! click of a button and the underlaying assets are sold!!. . If you are in the city and think you will be fine, GOD HELP YOU!. . . Just like in the housing bubble, the city could not afford to let the price of the houses fall they can not afford the price of the shares fall either and that is why we got to this ridiculous level, for the moment, it is not wise to short the stock but just let family and friends know to sell/bank profit on their shares for now, buy them back once the "correction" is over.. . They will thank you for years to come.
