Bank of America has released a brand new sort of rewards card. Instead of rewarding customers for spending -- which only raises the level of their debt -- it pays them when they pay their bill when it is due and they will pay just a little more than their minimum monthly condition when doing so. In that way, it is incentivizing individuals to handle their loan debts more sensibly.
