Polledo SAIC y F is an Argentina-based company engaged, through its subsidiaries and affiliates, in the construction and engineering sectors. The Company owns such subsidiaries as Catastros y Relevamientos SA (Catrel SA), which is responsible for the provision of territorial administration and tax collection services, and Polledo Do Brasil Concessoes e Investimentos Ltda, which has operations established in Brazil. Its affiliates include Coviares SA, involved in the construction and exploitation of the Argentinean highways La Plata-Buenos Aires, the Riberena on the Federal Capital and the Nuevo Puente over El Riachuelo, and Covimet SA, engaged in the construction, conservation and exploitation of the northern path of the Argentinean Highway 9 de Julio. It also holds minor stakes in Lismore International SA, Benito Roggio e Hijos SA and Comsa SA, among others. As of December 31, 2011, Roggio SA was the Company’s majority shareholder with 68.11% of its interest.
