Al Madar Finance and Investment Company K.S.C.P. operates as a finance and investment company in Kuwait. It operates in four segments: Real Estate, Investment, Corporate Financing, and Others. The company engages in the buying, selling, capital appreciation, and investing in real estate; and providing finance to companies by using the various Islamic financing instruments, such as Murabaha, Wakala, future sales, and other contracts, as well as invests in equity securities. It also manages the investment portfolios; invest in money on behalf of others; purchases and invests in, and leases various types of investment equipment; and conducts real estate investments. In addition, the company is involved in the ownership, sale, and lease of equity, rights of utility, patent, registered brands, and franchise rights; and operates as investment consultant. Further, it provides general trading, contracting, and construction services; asset management services for equities and real estate; advisory and consultancy services to conventional financial institutions; research services; real estate development; and investment banking services. The company was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Al Madar Finance and Investment Company K.S.C.P. is as a subsidiary of Al Thekair General Trading and Contracting Company W.L.L.
