Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Banking, Financials and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 25 lost 0.16%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 25 were Perrigo (TA:PRGO), which rose 2.52% or 1510 points to trade at 61510 at the close. Meanwhile, OPKO Health Inc (TA:OPK) added 2.14% or 71 points to end at 3394 and Frutarom (TA:FRUT) was up 1.07% or 160 points to 15060 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TA:ICL), which fell 2.22% or 48 points to trade at 2110 at the close. Israel Corp (TA:ILCO) declined 1.99% or 1920 points to end at 94490 and First International Bank of Israel (TA:FTIN) was down 1.53% or 76 points to 4895.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 175 to 120 and 150 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.15% or 0.07 to $49.51 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $52.91 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.97% or 11.10 to trade at $1155.40 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.57% to 3.8283, while EUR/ILS rose 0.17% to 4.3484.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.49% at 94.93.
