Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Real Estate, Banking and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 25 added 1.36%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 25 were Mizrahi Tefahot (TA:MZTF), which rose 3.16% or 157 points to trade at 5130 at the close. Meanwhile, Melisron (TA:MLSR) added 2.78% or 450 points to end at 16660 and Leumi (TA:LUMI) was up 2.65% or 39 points to 1509 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Paz Oil (TA:PZOL), which fell 0.10% or 60 points to trade at 61130 at the close. Israel Corp (TA:ILCO) added 0.03% or 20 points to end at 58920 and OPKO Health Inc (TA:OPK) was up 0.13% or 5 points to 3769.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 241 to 103 and 100 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.57% or 0.25 to $44.32 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $45.58 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 1.76% or 23.00 to trade at $1281.50 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.63% to 3.8140, while EUR/ILS fell 0.48% to 4.2089.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.95% at 97.86.
