The company was formerly known as Redstone plc and changed its name to Castleton Technology Limited in November 2013. The company was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in London, United Kingdom. As of June 4, 2020, Castleton Technology Limited operates as a subsidiary of MRI Software Limited.
