The company was formerly known as Faber Group Berhad and changed its name to UEM Edgenta Berhad in April 2015. UEM Edgenta Berhad was incorporated in 1963 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. UEM Edgenta Berhad is a subsidiary of UEM Group Berhad.
