Hello, could you please help me make sense of what the OpGen deal will mean to the share holders? I am a small investor with Cureits shares at 1.49e (so -60% right now). The press release of Curetis is not very clear to me on that topic. Will I get OpGen shares to replace my curetis shares? If so, when and how many (is a valuation defined to exchange the Curetis shares to the OpGen shares?) Thanks in advance for taking the time! Olga

Hello, could you please help me to make sense of what the deal with OpGen implies for the Curetis share holders? I am a small investor with shares at 1.49e (so currently -60%). Will I get shares in OpGen to replace my Curetis shares? Is the value at which the exchange will take place already defined? I am reading this in their press release, but it's not clear to me: "The liquidators of the Company will resolve upon a liquidation distribution, to the extent possible in advance, of the OpGen Shares to the shareholders pro rata to each share held by them on the distribution record date" Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer. Hi John i think its complicated to Come back at 3,5€ and the fusion with OPGEN its not clear... and for finish you have alot of opponnet for the covid test... so i think you need to take profit when its possible or close your position if you lose too much... sorry for my english im in France
