If this week closes in at 1260 and below, you can be rest assured that we will see further downfall in gold. It can go to 1222 and then start moving up. the 1250- 55 zone is critical for it to turn bullish and go up. The upper cap is at 1322 and we may not see 1400 until august or September when gold goes up due to seasonal trends. 1176 is a remote possibility on the bearish side but economic sentiments may also send gold spiraling down to that level before the bulls gain ground and we see huge buying. For now its 1255.
