After finding demand in the midpoint of the downtrend channel, the channel supply line was unable to provide enough supply to keep the trend intact. At the moment we are on a crucial point where we either find ourselves in oversold territory and we head back down inside the downtrend channel or the breakout is confirmed by a retracement before heading upwards within the context of the longer term trend.

Close to 50% devaluation COP is among the hardest hit currencies in this new FX Bubble. COP on the edge of breaking new highs for this coming weeks. With a Government focused more on its political agenda, with local elections coming in october, it seems not much time to rethink on a broaders agenda or strategy to prevent a major colapse of the economy.
