Does anyone have any advice on when I should convert Canadian dollars to US (I have to do this) my question is given projections of a falling loonie, the June effect, the expected June 4th Bank of Canada announcement etc when do you think I should do the other words do you think our dollar will go up higher than 92US before the end of May

Bill I am no expert but I offer you something to look at and make a decision on your own. First you are on this site so bring up the chart CAD/USD. Use candles if you all ready don't. Now I want you to look at the weekly chart and scroll back to 2007. I just looked so it is fresh in my mind. I see back in 2009 that our dollar had started to make the move higher. Now look how the price of the loonie is at this level again. I think if the Canadian dollar breaks below .77 we are going lower. My guess is that we don't break below but rather brake above and move higher. This should also indicate that the US markets should fall so good time to be watching for shorts. Just my opinion. Take a look and see what you think. Canadian price is at .817 there abouts when I last looked. Hope this helps.
