Henry Hub: You certainly know I am Bullish, so I do not want to lead anyone astray without basis. I live in Oklahoma, USA, in the middle of the gas and oil fields. I own gas and oil wells, which are shut down until better profitability balance. Wells shut-in by private owners are not totally known to EIA, nor the private pipelines. There should be as much gas inventoried in public and private pipelines than salt domes or old well storage. These pipeline pressures are down and if you understand PV=NRT or general mass balances, you will know the inventories in the pipelines are due to pipeline pressures and volume capacity. This lack of pipeline-stored volume along with the lower gas production and increasing demand will result in a large undershoot of capacity and a dwell time for recovery. Proportional, integral and derivative terms in the balancing control PID algorithm will determine a major overshoot in natural gas pricing in the coming 8 months.

Spot prices are for those who burn it and priced at the taps availability. The contract we trade are futures and erode or gain based on projected outcomes, no is burning futures!
