Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Petrochemicals, Telecoms & IT and Retail sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.36%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SE:2130), which rose 9.81% or 1.80 points to trade at 20.15 at the close. Meanwhile, Bupa Arabia for Coop. Insurance (SE:8210) added 7.36% or 16.51 points to end at 240.75 and Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (SE:2120) was up 4.47% or 0.90 points to 21.05 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Arabian Shield Coop Insurance Co (SE:8070), which fell 4.04% or 1.83 points to trade at 43.50 at the close. Fitaihi Holding Group (SE:4180) declined 3.43% or 0.94 points to end at 26.50 and Advanced Petrochemical Company (SE:2330) was down 3.20% or 1.87 points to 56.50.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 90 to 75.
Shares in Bupa Arabia for Coop. Insurance (SE:8210) rose to all time highs; gaining 7.36% or 16.51 to 240.75.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 1.37% or 0.83 to $59.89 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.48% or 0.98 to hit $65.56 a barrel, while the June Gold contract unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to trade at $1204.90 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.86% to 4.1312, while USD/SAR rose 0.04% to 3.7515.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.82% at 96.25.
