Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Financial Services, Insurance and Real Estate Development sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.11%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Anb Insurance (SE:8011), which rose 9.97% or 2.14 points to trade at 23.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff .Co (SE:2270) added 4.96% or 5.60 points to end at 118.60 and Arab National Bank (SE:1080) was up 4.87% or 1.30 points to 28.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Middle East Specialized Cables Co (SE:2370), which fell 3.53% or 0.38 points to trade at 10.40 at the close. Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SE:2130) declined 2.49% or 0.22 points to end at 8.63 and Leejam Sports Company SJSC (SE:1830) was down 2.40% or 1.90 points to 77.30.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 93 to 87 and 9 ended unchanged.
Shares in Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff .Co (SE:2270) rose to 52-week highs; gaining 4.96% or 5.60 to 118.60. Shares in Arab National Bank (SE:1080) rose to 3-years highs; rising 4.87% or 1.30 to 28.00.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 3.63% or 2.37 to $62.84 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $71.63 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.67% or 8.60 to trade at $1288.30 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.23% to 4.1831, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7502.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.13% at 97.787.
