Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Financial Services, Retail and Cement sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Bupa Arabia for Coop. Insurance (TADAWUL:8210), which rose 10.00% or 25.00 points to trade at 275.00 at the close. Meanwhile, The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8030) added 9.97% or 3.00 points to end at 33.10 and Al-Rajhi Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8230) was up 9.93% or 13.40 points to 148.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co CSJC (TADAWUL:7202), which fell 4.46% or 15.60 points to trade at 334.40 at the close. Saudi Cable Company (TADAWUL:2110) declined 3.55% or 2.80 points to end at 76.00 and Gulf Insurance Group (TADAWUL:8250) was down 3.01% or 1.05 points to 33.85.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 149 to 136 and 22 ended unchanged.
Shares in Bupa Arabia for Coop. Insurance (TADAWUL:8210) rose to all time highs; up 10.00% or 25.00 to 275.00. Shares in The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8030) rose to 5-year highs; rising 9.97% or 3.00 to 33.10.
Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.76% or 0.59 to $78.70 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 0.58% or 0.48 to hit $83.44 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 1.09% or 25.05 to trade at $2,333.65 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.12% to 4.04, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.13% at 104.78.
