Investing.com – Morocco stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Holding Companies, Software & Computer Services and Banking sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares rose 0.03%.
The best performers of the session on the Moroccan All Shares were Dari Couspate SA (CS:DRI), which rose 5.96% or 118 points to trade at 2097 at the close. Meanwhile, Centrale Danone (CS:CDA) added 5.93% or 36 points to end at 652 and Delattre Levivier Maroc (CS:DLM) was up 5.71% or 9.50 points to 176.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Afriquia Gaz (CS:AGAZ1), which fell 5.43% or 125 points to trade at 2175 at the close. Lesieur Cristal (CS:LESU) declined 3.49% or 4.50 points to end at 124.50 and Med Paper (CS:PAP) was down 3.04% or 0.58 points to 18.50.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 19 to 16 and 5 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for September delivery was up 0.04% or 0.02 to $48.24 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.45% or 0.23 to hit $50.66 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.76% or 10.35 to trade at $1346.85 a troy ounce.
EUR/MAD was down 0.21% to 10.9360, while USD/MAD rose 0.19% to 9.6710.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.47% at 94.55.
