Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Real Estate and Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 25 declined 0.61%.
The best performers of the session on the TA 25 were Frutarom (TA:FRUT), which rose 1.47% or 220 points to trade at 15150 at the close. Meanwhile, Poalim (TA:POLI) added 0.48% or 10 points to end at 2075 and Leumi (TA:LUMI) was up 0.20% or 3 points to 1530 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Delek Group (TA:DLEKG), which fell 4.24% or 3980 points to trade at 89900 at the close. Avner L (TA:AVNRp) declined 3.87% or 9.4 points to end at 233.3 and Delek Drilling LP (TA:DEDRp) was down 3.79% or 48 points to 1220.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 200 to 131 and 118 ended unchanged.
Shares in Delek Group (TA:DLEKG) fell to 52-week lows; losing 4.24% or 3980 to 89900.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 1.22% or 0.56 to $45.38 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 1.02% or 0.51 to hit $49.02 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 1.05% or 11.80 to trade at $1109.20 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.19% to 3.8910, while EUR/ILS fell 0.47% to 4.3460.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.37% at 96.19.
