Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Healthcare, Financials and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.41%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were DSV (CO:DSV), which rose 3.90% or 11.0 points to trade at 293.3 at the close. Meanwhile, Carlsberg A/S B (CO:CARLb) added 2.58% or 16.0 points to end at 635.5 and Genmab (CO:GEN) was up 0.30% or 3.0 points to 1003.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were GN Store Nord (CO:GN), which fell 1.39% or 1.8 points to trade at 127.6 at the close. Nordea Bank AB (CO:NDA) declined 1.39% or 0.85 points to end at 60.25 and Chr. Hansen Holding A/S (CO:CHRH) was down 1.05% or 4.3 points to 404.5.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 93 to 51 and 21 ended unchanged.
Shares in DSV (CO:DSV) rose to all time highs; up 3.90% or 11.0 to 293.3. Shares in Genmab (CO:GEN) rose to all time highs; gaining 0.30% or 3.0 to 1003.0.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 0.43% or 0.20 to $46.03 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.78% or 0.37 to hit $47.23 a barrel, while the June Gold contract fell 0.30% or 3.85 to trade at $1271.65 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.38% to 6.5365, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4401.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.29% at 94.07.
