URS Corporation operates as a subsidiary of AECOM. URS Corporation was formerly known as Broadview Research Corporation and changed its name to URS Corporation in December 1967. The company was founded in 1951 and is headquartered in San Francisco, California with an additional office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
