I would love to know how the resident expert on tnxp thinks they're going to survive without another share offering when the don't even have enough money to last 2 months, please explain expert? this guys been telling people to go long for at least a year stock hit an all time low today but he's the expert, short this all day that's what I'm doing, at leastuntil the next share offering, that's obviously going to cause another sell off.

It seems to me that everything worst is already laid out on the table... I think that some significant surprise is much more likely on the upside than on the downside... In this situation (with these financials etc.)

I guess the reason its not up is because nobody read the website, hehe,, they've gone from 4 millions to 2 dollars its obviously a scam, and you realize when you do a share offering it dilutes the shares that's the point, otherwise why did they do a reverse split ? I guess they just wanted to wipe out 50% of their market cap for fun, common man stop the bs, short this all day

The fact that they have been researching new drugs for more than 15 years without a single result does not necessarily mean that they are frauds... This is a fairly common thing in this business... The bottom line is that right now they are massively undervalued (even if the ratio of the real price against the market cap has worsened twice by offering shares... they still will under price by 4+ times ) and now they are relatively close to real change (which of course could be fake, but of course it doesn't have to be - and you'd have to be a prophet to know this, so I don't take it as an argument)

Otter I recommend looking at some real products - for example vaccines... You would probably be surprised by how much time had to be invested in development... And otherwise the second is absolute nonsense (if you don't have a valid argument, sometimes it's better to say nothing than to make embarrassing insinuations like this ) Anyway, the market will show itself soon... Btw. If people followed what I wrote earlier about tonix - they would make money... We'll see if your advice will be so useful...

Personally, I think it's a good time to buy again... Currently, tnxp is undervalued by about 10x (Assets - liabilities compared to market cap) and even if they were just burning money for a while, I can't imagine that they could lose more then 50% till the end of the year (They would already be undervalued by 20x and at this point I think even every big player would try their luck at that)... While the upward prospect is completely unreal (one really good news and 300% profit is not a problem)

Tonix did not "disappoint" again. This is indeed the case, with a capital C. It's the best example of totally frayed nerves I've ever seen. Here, an enthusiastic buyer buys a stock, holds it for a while (and says how he will never sell it), loses a bundle, and then becomes a seller in a panic (so as not to lose more), regardless of the fact that the price of the stock is already many times below the price of the assets. And this is an algorithm - an endless cycle fed incredibly well over and over again. And even now at this ridiculously low price, as if no one wanted it (it literally fights for cents now :D), it almost makes me laugh (how needlessly we buyers destroy ourselves), even I still have money in it. Of course, I hold... Resp. I partially sold at .7 because I was expecting a bit of panic, but this? It is burned to the bone. After new report, we go to an all time low with heaps of cash on hand, which exceeds the market cap by several times... Someone ate a lot of funny porridge :D
