I own approximately 420 shares of CVRR common stocks. I bought the shares at $10.78/share. I saw news coming out on Jan 17 that CVR will exercise right to buy CVRR at $10.50/share on Jan 29. I am shocked to learn that the price is based on the daily closing prices per Common Unit on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) for the 20 consecutive trading days ending on January 14, 2019. Why does the news on Jan 17 use moving average ending on Jan 14 as a reference price? Do you think it is fair to current shareholders?
