Professional traders would never get on here and post anything. I’m NOT a professional trader, so please don’t take what I wrote. ICE exchange increased initial margins on cocoa futures by 23% per contract in April. The only reason for ICE to do this is to limit the speculators and lower the volatility. So big dog speculators quit cause ICE created a hostile environment for them, which ended up with the plunge. Current aggregate Cocoa Futures Open Interest is only 139 K. The lowest since 2011, and it keeps shrinking. Big dog speculators are the major reason driving the price high, but now they quit and left their followers alone. The Longs lost their engine.

Never a good sign that its closing near yesterdays low.. FED tonight may shake this one up pretty bad if Powell is hawkish but remains to see still, still unfinished business at that gap 10700, it will come but question is just when. Remains to see when it opens tomorrow!
