for all of your rookies on this board there's nothing psychological about 1,000 it's just the number like any other. Platinum will slice through that like a hot knife through butter!

We dont have the info. We are looking in rear view mirrors to see what Plat is going to do. My take....if we maintain this mid 980 range through to the next world market handoff.....we are doing well. I would be looking for some consolidation in this range. Lest it go fast, then I expect profit taking in the max. We all know what the means.

1000 is a psychological hurdle....we all know it. I suspect it is going to take awhile. Longs more confident over a time spread than swing traders on this. A Black Swan can cause margin calls. And a swoon that may last six weeks or more. However, the one thing that would really benefit Plat is.....the ANC losing some power. Their competing SA parties are more radical, meaning - nationalization of mines. Funny thing, when the white farmers are removed in Zim....the natives began starving. Begged their return. SA is not going to make wise choices. They are going to make emotional choices..... That is one thing that will catapult Plat...the metal. NOT the miners though...not the ones in SA. The ones in Russia and Canada? Yes, those will be the correct ones when this occurs. The ANC is a big pivot.

To those thinking USFED rates will be cut, thus - Plat will benefit. Think on this. Confidence in the dollar is not disjointed from behavior of both the FED and the crazy US Political scene. Woke and extremes of behavior are making traditional nations...with older cultures that do not blow in the wind....to dedollarize. Some of these dollars are siphoning back to the shores of the USA. Even if the FED is trying NOT to allow Euro Dollars back. And, it is having to show up in M2. Supply. This is hampering the ability to reduce rates.....as the act of these dollars being redomesticated adds to inflation....funny thing. That inflation the FED exported overseas? Returning in kind. Think on it, and better beware of that.....Treasury investment thingy.
