Investing.com – Sweden stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Consumer Services, Technology and Consumer Goods sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 fell 0.05%.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Atlas Copco AB Class A (ST:ATCOa), which rose 1.85% or 4.0 points to trade at 223.2 at the close. Meanwhile, Atlas Copco AB Series B (ST:ATCOb) added 1.55% or 3.1 points to end at 205.8 and Investor AB ser. B (ST:INVEb) was up 1.30% or 5.1 points to 398.7 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Kinnevik, Investment AB ser. B (ST:KINVb), which fell 2.70% or 6.4 points to trade at 230.9 at the close. Hexagon AB ser. B (ST:HEXAb) declined 1.33% or 6.1 points to end at 453.3 and H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) was down 1.13% or 1.9 points to 167.6.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Stockholm Stock Exchange by 309 to 307 and 55 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.14% or 0.07 to $51.38 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.27% or 0.16 to hit $59.75 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.29% or 3.60 to trade at $1226.80 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.28% to 10.3031, while USD/SEK rose 0.35% to 9.1001.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.40% at 97.085.
