The best performers of the session on the Investing.com Italy 40 were Brembo (MI:BRBI), which rose 1.88% or 1.25 points to trade at 67.75 at the close. Meanwhile, Campari (MI:CPRI) added 1.86% or 0.18 points to end at 10.11 and Luxottica Group (MI:LUX) was up 1.79% or 0.90 points to 51.05 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Leonardo SpA (MI:LDOF), which fell 2.37% or 0.330 points to trade at 13.600 at the close. Banca Mediolanum SpA (MI:BMED) declined 2.08% or 0.140 points to end at 6.605 and CNH Industrial NV (MI:CNHI) was down 1.89% or 0.175 points to 9.060.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Milan Stock Exchange by 193 to 152 and 18 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.02% or 0.01 to $48.74 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.08% or 0.04 to hit $51.70 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.09% or 1.15 to trade at $1228.25 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was down 0.20% to 1.0745, while EUR/GBP fell 0.42% to 0.8674.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.02% at 100.11.
