Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Consumer Services, Industrials and Technology sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 declined 0.49% to hit a new 52-week low.
The best performers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which rose 2.03% or 16.0 points to trade at 806.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) added 1.76% or 4.5 points to end at 260.0 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) was up 1.50% or 6.4 points to 432.5 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were A.P. Moller - Maersk B (CO:MAERSKb), which fell 4.56% or 420 points to trade at 8790 at the close. A.P. Moller - Maersk A (CO:MAERSKa) declined 4.39% or 385 points to end at 8380 and Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) was down 1.39% or 6.2 points to 440.1.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 76 to 59 and 22 ended unchanged.
Shares in Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb) fell to 52-week lows; losing 1.39% or 6.2 to 440.1.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 2.78% or 1.24 to $43.42 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 2.71% or 1.24 to hit $44.60 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 2.62% or 33.15 to trade at $1233.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.50% to 6.8659, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4428.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.27% at 99.06.
